Just passed CIA exam on May 2007, however, theiia requires to submit eligibility requirements no later than 9/8/07, unfortunately, I submitted the requirement after the said day for reason pertaining to the bad and deteriorated national mail system in my country :x. Any way, any body knows when I should receive my certificate under the circumstances I’ve just described. The Certificate Department of theiia really didn’t provide any help on that.
