Dears

Hope someone could help.

We have a deffered payment LC resulted from buying goods from our vendor. The vendor granted us a 60 days payment term.

The question: after the vendor presented the document to the bank, the amount of the documet will be due to the bank after we accept it. Does that means that this amount represent financing trasaction to the company in indirect way from the bank taking into consideration that the bank did not provide any kind of financing. Also where should such transaction be presented in the Cash flow statament.

Thanks in advance.
