We have just began our own internal audit function in the bank. We want to audit our participation loans, and do not have an audit program or a control questionaire set up. Would anyone be willing to share their program with us? We have subscribed to Sheshunoff's Internal Audit guide, but they do not include loan participations.

I don't have a specific questionnaire for participations, but I test a sample to be sure the principal and interest is posting correctly. I also send a confirmation for each participation sampled.
