Given what is known in the security community about tracing back to IP addreses, will this lead to the next round of ambulance chasers? ie; will the US attorneys be ambulance chasing those who downloaded and re-distributed copies to friends and families etc using IP addresses?

If staff did it using an organizations assets (computers at work and bandwidth at your expense) then the organization may face an interesting "please explain"!

We don't really care how much they lose due to piracy, but you should be concerned about how much you are losing within your own organzaition and the long term implications of wasted resource utilization. see
