Hi All!
I work as Internal Audit Manager for an Industrial Company and my new task is to perform an audit on our Insurance Dept. (never if was done before now :( ) So we are not an Insurance Company but we cover some relevant risks with insurance products.
I've tried to find audit tools and best practice on this topic, but most if them is about audit for Insurance Company. :cry:

Can someone help me to find something (books, advice, best pratices, readings....) about an audit of an insurance management process in an Industrial Company??

Well….I think if you wait for some more time… you can get a lot better suggestions that this…I am out of any ideas for this!!!!
